PRIORITY (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING

 At this time, DollBaby Fashion Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, DollBaby Fashion Boutique ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your purchased items. This does not apply to International shipping. Shipping is free excluding during promotional sales. We currently use USPS Priority mail, Please contact our customer service for express shipping within 48 hours prior to ordering.

 

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. How to Return  

 

 

Any garment that is unworn, unwashed and still has the tags attached we will be glad to accept your returns. All returns must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Dollbaby does not issue refunds, ONLY STORE CREDIT.

• You must contact our Customer Service within Twenty - four (24) hours.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.

• Fill out returns form with new item information; mail your item within thirty (30) days of purchase

• For returns all shipping fees are at your expense.

 

Please follow the return instructions on the return sheet enclosed with your parcel and mail it back to us within thirty (30) days in its original packaging.
